Building the Future of Diving – One Judge at a Time
USA Diving’s Judges Commission is proud to introduce the Junior Judges Fund, a new initiative created to develop and support the next generation of trained diving judges across the country. In partnership with the All-Star Meet and the first-ever Judges Cup, this fundraising effort will directly benefit the Junior Divers in providing fair and equitable play at the Junior Regional and Zone level for USA Diving.
Currently USA Diving has funding to have trained judges only at the National level but not at the most critical levels where Junior divers and coaches deserve to have fair and equitable play and the correct advancement on the road to Nationals.
Is to ensure that every Junior Regional and Zone competition is staffed with well-prepared, qualified judges who can uphold the highest standards of fairness and integrity in our sport.
Currently, we can provide one head referee and one trained judge at each junior regional and zone competition. With the support of generous donors like you, we aim to expand that crew—sending multiple trained judges to these key developmental events allowing for fair and equitable play to divers who have trained for these events ensuring the proper divers move on to the next round based on their performance that day.
Building Trained judges at the junior level:
We welcome individual and corporate donations to support this effort. All contributions go directly toward our nonprofit mission to grow and sustain a network of trained judges for the USA diving junior program.
Together, we can make a lasting impact on the future of diving. Every dollar helps us train, mentor, and send more qualified judges to serve our young athletes at the events that matter most.
